This tablet has a total of 29 lines of Sumerian cuneiform on obverse and reverse, with cylinder seal impressions (to show the seal inscription) on the reverse before the date at the end and on upper, lower and left side edges. It is dated to king Damiq-ilishu of Isin, in southern Mesopotamia, c. 1817-1794 B.C., to the 9th year of his reign.

Translation:

10 acres of palm grove, in the ..[…] estate, palm grove of Hibti-Nana, wife of Ur-dukuga, facing the palm grove of Sin-eribam, close to Sillabi:
6 1/2 shekels of silver was weighed out. Sin-eribam purchased it from Hibti-Nana, wife of Ur-dukuga.
In the future Hibti-Nana, wife of Ur-dukuga, and as many heirs as there may be, may not claim the palm grove. She swore by the king.

In the presence o Usi-ana-nuri, son of Ipqu-Dam Issur-Adad, son of Adad-rab Shummanum, son of Ibbi-Ada Pabilsag-muballit, son of Sin-ilu Humusi, son of Nabi-Enli
Month: Addar, year: after Damiq-ilishu the king built the temple of Ut
Seal inscription: Hibti-Nana wife of Ur-dukuga slave of (the god) Nin-shubu

The tablet is very well written and well preserved save for very slight damage to the upper obverse right-hand corner.
