This vessel is composed of a small main body with a flared rim, supported by three hollow conical legs. These legs are split and contain rattles, where they are joined to the body they are surmounted by charming modeled frogs. Although the body of the vessel is burnished red, the legs and the frogs are left matte. This combined with their sensitively applied and incised decoration gives the piece a genuine sense of realism.
