From the ancient depths of the culturally rich country of Costa Rica, this fabulous artifact has surfaced. Is it the expression, the goggle eyes or large ears that bring a smile to our face? Although his facial expression is quizzical, his body posture resembles the powerful sitting position of an ancient male chieftain. Orchestrations of delicate designs have been incised on his arms and face. The playful tail of the monkey has been cleverly transformed into a handle. Hidden in silence for centuries, he now enjoys his rightful position as the center of attention.
