Pair of amber glass Bohemian hand blown and hand painted lamps, their form being directly inspired by the Mamluk period glass mosque lamps. Splendid examples such as the present were specifically created for the Persian, Middle Eastern and Indian market, by the Moser Glass Manufacture. The pattern includes gilded spray of flowers and leaves between pillar-shaped decorative elements.
