Soaring high in the sky, the falcon god Horus was believed to have a view of the entire world. His all-seeing sacred eye was thought by the ancient Egyptians to be the most protective of amulets, able to avert any evil and to keep the wearer free from harm. We can only guess who might have worn this blue talisman during Egypt's golden age, and what sort of fortune it brought them. Its mysterious, age-old power seems very strong still, able to weave a protective spell around the person lucky enough to wear it today.
