Captivated by the prophetic messages emanating from the animal standing before him, a man listens intently to the squirrel-like creature in “Zoomorphic Wisdom”. The man's eyes are riveted to this harbinger of wisdom, his body language revealing his contemplative spirit. In the background of this intriguing painting two men appear, their postures expressing a supposed lack of interest in the exchange taking place before them. A closer look at the men, however, reveals that straining ears are attempting to capture the dialogue between man and animal. The message is clearly of prime importance if we listen closely. Perhaps we too will hear a bit of this zoomorphic wisdom.
