This shaman sits on the throne of the magnificent earth. Outwardly, his physical body adheres to the earthly laws of gravity, but inwardly, his spirit soars to the infinite realms of the universe. His lips part slightly as if to let out a sigh of bewilderment while his eyes remain in a meditative state. What messages did he share with the mortals who revered him? Did he follow and preach an austere way of life such as the ancient Greek Diogenes? Or did he practice and preach a Platonic philosophy of eternal ideas, ultimate metaphysical realities and true knowledge? If only we could hear his words and learn the secrets of their ancient universe. If we listen closely, we may hear the secrets of our own inner universe arise from within us.
