Delicately carved to carefully resemble a human head, the artist successfully combined the head of a man with the necessary design of an instrument. The long, thin neck is where the mouth piece is located. The eyes are two holes, which allow the sound to change, and there are two similar ones on the top of the head. The face and head have been carefully incised and decorated, revealing a true artistic talent. At the top of the head is a ponytail, which also acts as a support to hold this delicate object. As a whole it is indeed a remarkable piece, which has survived the years to bring us pleasure today, both aesthetically and musically.
