Russian niello silver belt made and possibly made and assayed in the Don Administrative District, around the beginning of 1900. The belt consists of 12 separate plaques and a 2 piece buckle with a dagger fastener secured to one side of the buckle with a chain. A word in the Cyrillic alphabet is done in Niello lettering on the front of the buckle. Weight: 168 gr.
