This colorful and elegantly posed female figure wears a flattened headdress and large earspools. Her physical features are stylized with accentuated hips and breasts. The custom of almost allover body painting is apparent, unless the crosshatched patterns indicate garments or matting. Her wide staring eyes and slightly parted lips reveal innocence that the artist was able to capture in the moment and make eternal. She may be unaware of the beauty she radiates and the admiration she is receiving from her contemporary audience.
