This modern 18 karat gold necklace features an Australian opal centerpiece that weighs 38.89 carats and a genuine Ancient Roman silver denarius mounted in a detachable pendant. The entire ensemble has been set with 91 fully cut diamonds weighing 3.77 carats, 16 genuine rubies weighing 2.31 carats, and a cabochan emerald weighing 0.30 carat.

To celebrate his victories in Dacia, Trajan rode through the streets of Rome adorned with rich gold and brilliant jewels. As a token of his triumph, he erected the splendid victory column that still awes visitors to Rome today. Centuries later, Trajan’s imperial image is once again surrounded by opulent luxury, a dazzling display of richness and beauty. Any age-- past or present-- would recognize it as a treasure. The person who wears this one-of-a-kind creation is certain to enjoy a triumph as great as Trajan’s own.
